Elite Content Marketer (“ECM”, “we”) is run by Chintan Zalani. This page explains what data the site collects, which third parties process it, and what you can do about it. It covers elitecontentmarketer.com and its subdomains.
What we collect
We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't sell personal data. The site collects three kinds of information:
- Analytics data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics 4.
- Email address — only if you choose to submit one through a newsletter or tool-delivery form.
- Technical request data — your IP address and request headers, processed transiently by our host and used to rate-limit the free tools that call paid APIs.
Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic. Affiliate networks set a cookie when you click an outbound link to a vendor, so the vendor can attribute a sale to us. That cookie identifies the referral, not you personally.
You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site. Every tool here that runs in your browser will keep working. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser opt-out add-on.
The free tools
Most tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Text you paste into the word counter, readability scorer, headline analyzer and similar tools is never sent to a server — it stays on your device.
Two tools are different. The AI Overview Checker and the LLM Brand Checker send the keyword or brand name you enter to a third-party search-data provider (DataForSEO) in order to return results. Those queries are rate-limited by IP address to control cost. Don't enter anything confidential into them.
If you subscribe, your email address is stored with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email provider. We use it to send content about AI tools and content marketing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.

- Hostinger — WordPress origin server for article content and media
- Google Analytics 4 — traffic measurement
- Kit — email list management
- DataForSEO — search data for the two server-backed tools
- Affiliate networks — Impact, Awin, PartnerStack, Partnerize and ShareASale, for referral attribution
- YouTube — embedded videos, served in privacy-enhanced mode where possible
Affiliate links
Many outbound links on this site are affiliate links, and we earn a commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. The mechanics and our editorial policy are spelled out on the affiliate disclosure page.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/UK under GDPR, or in California under CCPA, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In practice the only personal data we store is an email address, if you gave us one. Email us and we'll action the request.
We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention window. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Rate-limiting records expire automatically within 24 hours.
Children
This site is aimed at working marketers. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
