Why is TrainerCentral unique?
The annual plan is impressive. The all-in-one solution charges just $16.67 and $41.67 monthly for the starter and pro plans, respectively, which are some of the lowest in the industry.

I can get up to three free courses and unlimited learners with the free plan.
The Starter plan ($20 monthly) gives me more features like unlimited courses, a 0% transaction fee, a live virtual classroom, and several learner engagement tools plus advanced native marketing capabilities. The Professional plan costs $50 monthly and includes three trainer licenses.
It provides additional features like assignments, multi-language and currency support, custom domains, bulk invitations, and more.
TrainerCentral also has a dedicated live workshop plan with some cool features, like HD recording, breakout rooms, a website builder, a whiteboard, and live tests. It costs between $15 and $30 per trainer monthly, depending on the number of attendees, which ranges from 100 to 400.
I can save 16% on any of the plans annually when I pay for a year.
Feature 1: User experience of course builder
I went pro to fully test this platform.
I was able to access my dashboard in just two easy steps. The user interface was super user-friendly and the tools were all right where I needed them to be. I watched a short product demo video on the dashboard to learn how to create a course and configure my website.
Everything seems easy, even for a beginner.
I created my first course from scratch, adding all the chapters, lessons, and assignments myself. I couldn’t find any AI tool to automate any of these tasks, which was a bit of a chore.
But I did find that I could add both text and live lessons, as well as upload files and embed links and iframes. So I was able to create a pretty comprehensive course even without any help from AI.
I love that I can make a lesson downloadable, share handouts, and enable discussion so that learners can ask questions and share their opinions.
Feature 2: Learner engagement tools
TrainerCentral allows students to download lessons for further learning. With this, they can learn on the go, even without an internet connection. They can also take quizzes at the end of each lesson to test their progress and join forum discussions to ask questions and get help from other students.
The live virtual classroom is another way students can engage with their learning.
I observed that I could split live participants into smaller groups (breakout rooms) to conduct team activities and discussions and provide more personalized experience and assistance.
Feature 3: Marketing and payment features
I can create coupons to give learners a discount.
This can help me get more people to sign up and keep them coming back. It was super easy to set up. Also, TrainerCentral makes it easy to offer a variety of pricing options, like a free plan, one-time payment, subscription billing, and payment plans that allow installments.
Additionally, I can build a sales page to promote my courses more widely. The pre-made themes and seamless page editor made it effortless.
The native emailing feature was a bit of a letdown, but the platform’s native Zapier integration is a lifesaver. I can use it to connect my favorite email marketing platform to my dashboard.
Feature 4: Scalability
TrainerCentral is a highly scalable platform that can support a large number of users. It offers a variety of scalability features, including flexible pricing, unlimited courses, and learners plus custom domains.
Also, TrainerCentral can support a large number of creators.
Feature 5: Affordability
TrainerCentral is one of the most affordable online course platforms. Their Professional plan costs less than $42 a month, which I’d consider a bargain for all the features I’d get. The platform also has a free plan that can support as many learners as I want.
Feature 6: Unique features
I love that I can buy only the live workshop plan. This feature would be helpful if I decide to offer only live coaching and workshops. This means I wouldn’t have to pay for things I don’t need and can also deliver the right experience to my learners.
